Tuesday 29th April 2025, Bletchley – Quantum Mortgages, the specialist buy-to-let mortgage lender has been named as a finalist in the inaugural Sunday Express Construction and Property Awards.
The Construction and Property Awards, in association with the Sunday Express, aim to recognise the businesses and developers who will be at the forefront of the ‘rebuilding boom’ in line with the Government’s target of building 370,000 new homes per year.
Quantum has been shortlisted in the ‘Best Property Lender’ category, recognising the ‘outstanding financial institution or lender that has demonstrated exceptional commitment, foresight, and service in supporting the property development sector’.
Quantum Mortgages launched in March of 2022, directed by CEO, Jason Neale. The founding leadership team have spent most of their careers working for specialist buy-to-let lenders, combining their shared experiences create positive disruption within the specialist market.
Focusing on offering innovative and impactful lending solutions, the team prioritise the requirements of professional landlords and borrowers by making informed improvements to lending criteria, as well as approaching individual lending decisions with common sense.
Earlier this year, the business launched its highly anticipated bridging proposition, led by Wes Friedel, Head of Bridging Finance. The range has been curated in line with the values and criteria seen in the existing Buy-to-Let range, meaning borrowers could exit via a Quantum mortgage. Brokers can also expect a ‘what you see, is what you get’ approach meaning the rates will not change throughout the application process, and terms are instantly delivered via the Quantum Mortgages online portal.
