Monday 14th July 2025, Bletchley – Quantum Mortgages, the award-winning specialist mortgage lender, announced today the promotion of Zouhair Mihramane from Business Development Manager to National Account Manager.
Mihramane, who joined the specialist buy-to-let and bridging lender in May 2024, initially managed regional sales across South London, the M4 corridor, and South Wales. Since the beginning of the year, his geographical responsibility has grown to include the southeast and southwest of England.
The promotion, which sees Mihramane promoted to the role of National Account Manager alongside Paul Ormonde, strengthening the sales team function.
On his promotion, Zouhair Mihramane comments,

This appointment comes as Quantum Mortgages continues to strengthen its position in the specialist buy-to-let market, including making recent improvements to its bridging criteria. The recent enhancement allows for lending in Northern Ireland, as well as ex-local authority properties and lending for ex-pats and foreign nationals.
