Hayley Jones joins Business Development team
Tuesday 17th February 2026, Bletchley – Quantum Mortgages, the award‑winning specialist buy‑to‑let and bridging lender, is proud to announce the appointment of Hayley Jones as Business Development Manager for the South.
Hayley joins the business at a pivotal time, as Quantum Mortgages prepares for its launch into the specialist residential market. In her new role, she will support advisers across the South of England and will report directly to Chief Commercial Officer, Harsha Dahyea.
Hayley brings extensive experience in intermediary mortgage distribution. Most recently, she served as Business Development Manager at Bank of Ireland, where she was recognised as a rising talent in the industry, winning ‘Rising Star’ at the 2025 Women’s Recognition Awards.
Quantum Mortgages continues to expand its team as demand grows for specialist solutions across buy‑to‑let, bridging and (soon) residential lending.
On her appointment, Hayley comments,
