Quantum Mortgages launches Business Development Academy
Friday 1st May 2026, Bletchley, UK – Quantum Mortgages, the specialist BTL and bridging lender has announced the launch of their Business Development Academy. The initiative, created by Chief Commercial Officer, Harsha Dahyea, has launched to help propel aspiring broker support talent at Quantum looking to enter the world of sales.
The Academy’s launch sees the promotion of two members of staff: Sara Mietusiewicz and Ebenezer Darko. The duo will be the businesses first Hybrid Business Development Executives, working across different postcodes in England and Northern Ireland.
“We have some of the best mortgage talent at Quantum,” says Dahyea. “We’re always looking for driven people who are looking to scale in their careers with us. The Business Development Academy gives aspiring salespeople the chance to learn from our top-performing national account managers, business development managers, and me.”
The goal is to promote internal talent, nurture professionals who are looking to excel in their careers and support the next generation of specialist BDMs.
