Wednesday 30th April 2025, Bletchley – Quantum Mortgages, the specialist buy-to-let lender, are collaborating with Fort Advice Bureau on the launch of their latest venture, Fort Bridging.
Earlier this year, Quantum Mortgages unveiled their highly anticipated bridging finance proposition. Since then, the lender has been working closely with intermediary partners to grow their short-term finance offerings.
One of those intermediaries is experienced advisers, Fort Advice Bureau, who earlier this year launched Fort Bridging, adding Bridging and Development Finance as an additional area of financial planning to their existing offering of Mortgage & Protection.
The venture into Bridging is a natural expansion for the business as Managing Director of Fort Advice Bureau, Peter Matthews, has personal experience in the bridging and development finance space not only as a broker, but as a lender, too.
Fort Bridging, comprised of Philip Duffy, Vishal Kundalia, Christian Miles and Jake Stott, have a combined 50 years’ worth of experience in the mortgage industry. The close-knit team has now made the decision to build a Bridging and Development finance advisory team in-house, improving their existing customer journey.
Quantum’s bridging proposition sees the same flexible and innovative solutions seen in their buy-to-let range, including the same lending criteria. Brokers can expect instant terms, quick funding, certainty in ‘what you see, is what you get’ rates and no hidden fees.
The key deliverable from this collaboration is to enhance the customer journey by providing a seamless experience for borrowers. This will be achieved by Quantum offering the bridging solution, and a possible exit strategy via a Buy to Let mortgage. This approach will streamline the client journey by allowing them to use the same broker, solicitor, valuer, and lender, reducing duplication of work and increasing the speed of the end-to-end process.
